Three "Old School" Penis exercise tricks that professionals use to enlarge the penis

Surprisingly, some of the best ways to get all the growth out of your penis is to use ancillary supplements to your enlargement program that, on the surface, don’t seem to be of much use. This is a way for professionals to get impressive size results while other people are left with the same penis size as last year. So, even if something seems simple and hardly worth implementing, don’t discount the potential gains you can get from using it.

1) Heating – There are many methods and ways that men do a “warm up” routine, however this is the best method. A wet towel should be heated in the microwave or in a little hot water. Scoop out about half of the water so the towel is well saturated and dripping a bit. The thicker the towel, the better. The hotter the better, too, just make sure you don’t burn your penis.

Wrap your penis in the towel so that you have two or three layers around it. You should have a 50-75% erection at this time. Let the heat absorb the tissues of your penis to relax and loosen them. Moist heat is much more penetrating than dry heat, so use a damp towel. A good six minutes should do the trick. Not only will your penile tissues be released and more flexible, but the added heat will increase blood flow to the penis. This is especially important to keep in mind with jelqing, as it’s a good thing.

Again, make sure the temperature isn’t too hot! You don’t want to burn yourself. It should also be noted that the skin on the penis will become more elastic (you want this), but it will also become more fragile and prone to injury. So, take it easy and take your time so you don’t insult yourself when you proceed with your exercises. Of course, before performing your penile exercises, be sure to use a lubricant or a lubricated condom to reduce the possible desensitization of the receptor due to friction.

Other variations include a very hot bath, shower, sauna, or very hot Jacuzzi. The towel trick seems to work the best, in my opinion.

2) temper – Not only should a hot and wet appliance be applied before exercising, but it should also be applied after exercising. You can get a small hot plate at a hobby store that will allow you to select a certain temperature. Then you can get a pot, some water, and a couple of small towels and keep it at whatever temperature you like. One applied before exercising and one applied after exercising. Having the second towel handy as soon as you’re done, for application, is what you can use this little electric hot plate for. This way you can apply the second towel when you are done immediately. Follow the same routine as the first towel. Again, don’t get burned and experiment with what feels best for you. Most men like the temperature of the second towel to be a little cooler than the first. This is probably because the penile tissues are more sensitive after exercise.

The second wipe application is just as important, if not more, than the first wipe application. Again, these plugins are especially important when finishing jelqing exercises, but these plugins are also applicable and certainly very valuable for other penis type exercises. Is applying the second hot, wet towel after a workout doing something extremely important? You keep your penis full of blood. You see, heat is a vasodilator. This means that it will open up your blood vessels. This is why your penis turns red (or any other part of your skin, such as after a very hot shower). This extra heat will help ensure that the penile arteries remain open and filled with blood (thus filling your penis).

And why is this important? It is important because this “fresh” blood contains the necessary nutrients and oxygen for the penile tissues to heal properly. The application of this heat will also accentuate and stretch the vasodilator responses that you encouraged with your jelqing exercises. This means that it will heal faster and also grow faster.

3) penis pump application – After exercise, these ingenious devices are worth ten times their weight in gold bullion. Once the exercise process is finished, with your “Warm-up”, relax for a few minutes without the towel. However, don’t expect too much. Now, apply the penis pump to your penis and gently turn the vacuum up to moderate pressure. Not too much, since your blood vessels and skin are sensitive and worn after your exercises. So again, don’t over pump your pump. A low to moderate vacuum is all that is needed.

Just relax for about three to five minutes with the pump applied. It has the same effect as the “Warm Down” towel application, as it will accentuate the exercises you just performed and help you heal faster by increasing fresh blood loaded with fresh nutrients and oxygen.
