Exercises to get rid of love handles by skipping before the gym

One of the best exercises to get rid of love handles will be stir-frying. Let me start by saying that if you believe that just by going to the gym and starting to exercise and lose weight, then you will have to reconsider this false belief. In reality, there is a lot of prep work for your body in order to get the maximum effect from working out in the gym.

Actually, many factors depend on your current weight and body mass. If you are only a little plump, it will be easier for you to exercise in the gym with a certain success rate. But if you haven’t been to the gym in your entire life, or it’s been 10 years since you last saw what the gym will look like to you, then I advise you to do some light exercise before entering the gym. Even these light exercises will allow you to build some abdominal muscles to replace those ugly love handles.

You will need to prepare your body, loosen the fats and start exercising little by little every day. Let me explain why this is necessary (I speak from personal experience).

It took me 3 failed attempts at dieting and training before I realized where my mistake was. Every time I get the guilty feeling that I’m getting fat, I immediately go to the gym and what the guys in the gym will say, “pump the iron.” I exercise constantly and put tremendous stress on different parts of my muscles and within 1 week, all my muscles were in constant pain.

Overstretching, overtraining, and the end result was that I had to rest at home for at least 1 week before all my muscles recovered. No weight loss, my love handles are still there and I couldn’t train until all my muscles were well rested.

And guess what he was doing while he was resting? Watching TV, eating those snacks like there’s no tomorrow. It was only on my third diet attempt that I realized I had to pace myself, let my body know what I was preparing it for. One of the best tips from my personal friend (who has amazing washboard abs by the way) was to just start skipping 2 weeks to 1 month before you start hitting the gym.

Week 1: Start skipping 100 a day. Then slowly increase to 200 per day.

Week 2: Start trying to increase your jumps to 200 each time per day. You can slowly work up to 300 jumps. At this point, you can already start to feel that you are losing weight, especially the fat around our waist.

Week 3: Try to reach 500 jumps a day. You will definitely feel the tension in the whole body.

Week 4: Try to skip 1000 times a day. Your sweat will keep flowing, your metabolism will increase, and your body will be ready to take on a serious workout. (You’re on your way to great abs, too!)
